Reading the information from the user is restricted and requires acknowledgment from the user to be accessed.
Google assistant provides a set of helper functions to be used to obtain data from the user. One of the available functions is the Permission, that allows you to request the user's name or location. On the permission confirmation, the
actions_intent_PERMISSION event is triggered, so a secondary intent is required to handle the confirmation.
